Creative Enabler

Are you passionate about helping young people access drama and music? Our Creative Enablers are crucial members of our team, responsible for ensuring our attendees are safe, having fun and reaching their full potential. As a Creative Enabler, you will work in various settings with a huge range of young people, aged 4-25+, helping them to take part in the exciting and invigorating drama-based activities that we have on offer.

You will need to:
Think on your feet
Adapt to the needs of the attendees
Work well as part of a team
Have fun!

“I love the space that they create for learning and questions. I always feel I have support if I ever need something. I learn something new every session within a fun and passion filled environment.”
